Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within mainland Europe.
Please note: Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to any Spanish islands, or the UK & Ireland.
Age Verification
By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your country. Our couriers may request ID upon delivery. If valid ID cannot be provided, your order will not be delivered, and a restocking fee may apply.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within one business day. We ship on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (excluding public holidays).
Typical delivery times:
Spain: 1-2 business days
Mainland Europe: 2-4 business days
Please note: External factors may occasionally cause delays.
Shipping Fees
Free shipping on orders over €60, this is automatically applied at checkout
Standard shipping is calculated at checkout
Expedited delivery may be available at an additional cost
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and items. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are perishable, we generally can’t accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at online@doskiwisbrewing.com so we can assist you.
Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before your order has been shipped.
