The role

We’re looking for an organised, hands-on person to look after our beer from packaging to delivery.

You’ll take care of warehouse organisation, cold storage, stock management, packaging support, order preparation and customer deliveries. It’s a varied, practical role combining three days at the brewery with two days on the road each week.

Working closely with our brewery and operations teams, you’ll help keep stock accurate, orders running smoothly and beer reaching customers in the best possible condition.

What you’ll do

• Warehouse & stock: Keep our warehouse and cold storage clean, organised and well managed. Maintain accurate stock records and ensure correct stock rotation and batch traceability.
• Packaging: Support canning runs by preparing materials, packing cans, checking output and organising finished products.
• Orders & dispatch: Prepare customer and online orders, build distributor pallets, organise collections and keep stock systems up to date.
• Deliveries: Drive the delivery van two days a week, delivering orders across Barcelona, Girona and the Empordà.
• Teamwork: Coordinate with the brewery, operations, sales and taproom teams to keep everyone informed and ensure the right beer is available when needed.

The person

We’re looking for someone who is practical, reliable and takes pride in doing things properly.

Essential:

• A positive, proactive attitude and an interest in beer.
• A valid Category B driving licence and confidence driving a van.
• Good organisation, attention to detail and basic numerical skills.
• Comfortable working independently, maintaining accurate records and using spreadsheets.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to solve problems calmly.
• Able to lift up to 30 kg repeatedly and work in cold storage environments.
• Able to operate manual and electric pallet jacks safely.
• Catalan and/or Spanish, plus a good level of English.

Experience in warehousing, logistics or production is a plus, as is practical experience with machinery or troubleshooting. We’ll help you learn the systems we use, including Holded and Shopify.
