“I’ve always liked beer,” says the model in a small feature that you can read in full in ¡HOLA! Living May. “In 2013, during a stay in Australia, I had the opportunity to help a friend with the tasks at his microbrewery. It was there that I discovered the production process behind it, and I was fascinated.”
Just a few years later, Judit and her partner began their journey in this sector, producing a product made with natural ingredients, unpasteurized, and free of additives or preservatives. As she explains, “we focus on making accessible and modern beers, mostly of the ale style,” although “we also have some sour beers, with fruit, that are very surprising.”
It’s a project that emphasizes craftsmanship, quality, and renewable energy, with plans to generate it themselves in the future.
