And just like that, it's already been 5 years! For this 5th anniversary beer, we've relied on three of our favorite hop varieties that we've been using since day one: Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Citra. A simple malt base that enhances the silkiness and pillowy mouthfeel gives way to notes of lime, lemon and grapefruit that mix in with tropical fruit, guava and passion fruit.
Each limited edition beer label depicts an imagined bird's-eye view.
