Beachbreak

Pours a pale, clear, bright yellow. The aroma is pure lime zest, ripe and sweet at the edges, with orange candy and a touch of herbal hay lingering underneath.

Light and easy-drinking, it opens bright and citrus-led, building into a pithy, grapefruit-edged bitterness that carries the citrus through to a dry, refreshing finish, where a fresh herbal note lingers.
