DIPOLAR is a bold, expressive West Coast IPA. Bursting with sweet citrus, pineapple, and passionfruit on the nose; the mouthfeel is smooth and loaded with flavour: stone fruit and ripe tropicals give way to a dry, grassy finish with a lingering, satisfying bitterness.
Dry-hopped with a big addition of Nectaron with Mosaic Cryo and Simcoe, it’s both bright and punchy, yet effortlessly drinkable.
