Heartbreaker

Heartbreaker is a bright pink, gluten-free (<20 mg/kg or ppm) sour brewed for freshness and drinkability. Grapefruit pink in colour, it opens with aromas of sour candy and berry yoghurt, with raspberry and strawberry coming through clearly. On the palate it’s zingy and lively, with bright carbonation carrying lime, raspberry, strawberry, lemonade, and soft berry notes. The acidity is clean and expressive, giving it a sharp, refreshing edge without feeling harsh. It finishes dry and crisp, with a soda-like snap that keeps it light and highly refreshing.

The name came naturally from its bright pink colour, with a nod to the Bee Gees song. The bird on the label is the Flamingo, a familiar sight in the wetlands of Empordà and a natural match for the beer’s colour and character. Like Sunny Nelson, Heartbreaker sits below 5% ABV, so only the flamingo feather appears on the label.
