Peacocking
A vibrant hazy yellow pour bursting with sweet fruit aromatics: strawberry, crisp apple, and a splash of citrus juice.
On the palate it’s silky-smooth but light, with notes of lemon zest and lime peel layered over a soft fruity sweetness. Hints of fresh basil and aromatic herbs at the foreground lead to a nice persistent finishing bitterness.
