Pours a deep, hazy yellow. The aroma is zesty, with notes of ripe passionfruit, lychee and tangerine along an aromatic edge of sage lingering underneath. Soft and smooth on the palate, opening with peach, nectarine and ripe kiwi before turning to sharp citrus, yuzu and fresh zest, with a herbal bitterness persisting well past the sip.
